Lighting is an important part of any production. Lighting can create an atmosphere in a venue. It can also be used to direct the public to certain areas of the production for example if you are launching a product, you can home everyones attention to the product with the use of light. I feel there is a fine balance between lighting adding to a production and lighting distracting from a production. I spend time designing the shows in order to combat this problem and insure that the client is happy and at ease when running the production.
